Cisco vs. Mitel

We got this new phone system at work. WORST IDEA EVER!!! we have had so very many problems from it. I've contemplated throwing it against the wall. Which would probably get me fired.
The IT guy for the phone system actually mad me cry, totally by accident, but still!! i've never had so much stuff dumped on me i didn't know anything about in my life. It basically sucked. This system better rock once we get the hang of it. OR ELSE!
