Deep Fry FHE!!!

I’m about to break your heart, so if you would like to keep your heart in tact do NOT read forward from this point. Skip to the next paragraph or something. Deep fried ice cream is often not deep fried. L Isn’t that the worst news ever? But believe you me, Brock and I had a deep fry party for FHE and you know we deep fried ice cream. Basically you can only leave the ice cream in for like 5 seconds so it doesn’t melt to much and then it doesn’t really do anything but get hot and melt. It was still good. Heck, what am I saying, of course it’s good, it’s ice cream!
Along with Ice cream we deep fried chicken cordon bleu and HOLY CRAP, it’s so freakin’ good!! Here’s what you do. Butterfly your chicken breast and lay it flatly open. Put 1-2 pieces of Swiss cheese on it and equal amounts of ham. Fold the chicken breast closed and put tooth picks in it to secure it. Funny story, we didn’t have toothpicks, so we used string, thanks to Brock’s quick thinking. It worked really well, but it was hard to get the string off after we cooked it. Anyway, roll the chicken in flour until covered, then roll in beaten eggs and then in a mixture of Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and other seasoning you decide to toss in. After the chicken is completely covered with bread crumbs, deep fry your little heart out. SSOOOOO GOOD!!! Deep fried peeps are a bad idea, but doing the same thing to some chunks of mozzarella cheese that you did to bread the chicken makes some pretty amazing deep fried mozzarella sticks, that will send your tongue into a heavenly state! Enjoy your deep frying. It really was a blast!
